Eric Kiauka | Partner
Co-owner of the company, Eric grew up working under his father in the family construction business. After high school, Eric earned his BA at the University of Portland on a track scholarship before creating Steric Developments with his brother Steve in 2007. With over 20 years experience in general contracting, Eric has worked hands on in all aspects of construction including framing and forming, drywalling, tiling, finish carpentry, and custom millwork. Eric is involved in all aspects of the business and is passionate about each project and ensuring that his clients’ expectations are exceeded.
Steven Kiauka | Partner
Co-owner of the company, Steve began construction directly after high school with his father. From custom high-end homes, to multi-unit residential projects, Steve has a complete understanding of all types of construction projects. With a background in framing, forming and finish carpentry, Steve has over the 30 years experience in the industry with an astute eye for detail and perfection. Managing all projects, Steve oversees and ensures that each job is completed down to the last detail.
Andrea Lepik | Interior Designer
Andrea is an experienced Interior Designer with an accomplished history working in the design industry. Her strengths are in Conceptual Design, Budgeting, Site Reviews, Drawing, and Millwork Design. Andrea has consistently honed her diverse range of skills since graduating from British Columbia Institute of Technology.
