This condo is used mainly as a rental unit in Whistler, so the main goal was to freshen up the space using durable materials while keeping the costs lower while utilizing usable space as much as possible.
We installed a high gloss Ikea kitchen and used a grey quartz countertop to contrast the cabinets. Very simple design but works for the space
The shower is definitely the focal point of the bathroom. We used a 12″x 36″ rectified grey tile that minimizes the grout lines and added a shower bench to relax after a long day on the mountain.
The master bedroom is the only carpeted room in the condo and is nice and simple, perfect for renters to relax in.
murphy Bed closed
For most of the condo we installed wide plank vinyl flooring that is waterproof and very durable so great for a Whistler rental. The floor accent on the backside of the Murphy bed was a nice feature that added some colour to the white walls.
MURPHY Bed OPEN
The Murphy bed turns this condo from a two sleeper into a four sleeper.
KITCHEN AND WALLBED
A view from the kitchen to the living room. The wall unit hides the Murphy bed really well and has enough room on the side for a TV.
